The Congress will also include an interactive plenary session for open discussion, to be held on the last day. The Congress Technical Program will be co-chaired by Mr. Douglas Eisberg and Dr. Richard Stover, highly respected authorities in desalination and both of whom currently serve on the IDA Board of Directors.
